Rachel Williams is a film, television, commercial, and print casting director known for discovering talent through instinct and vision. She began her career at Milk Studios’ House Casting, later working as an agent at Ford Models. She launched 3rd Eye Casting in 2025.
Rachel doesn’t just see talent — she feels and manifests it. Guided by intuition and a deep understanding of human nature, 3rd Eye Casting brings a divine energetic touch to every project.
